to wish impossible things yeah, that's an easy daydream it takes no effort, no remorse has no implication or complaint and it gives you enough happiness just to get you through a day the temptation of life is fate cruel, cruel nature there is no better escape there is no equity and no ties just pursuit where simplicity lies so why worry? do so if you must everything you've ever loved will soon turn to dust the shadows fade and so does a kiss i'll close my eyes and hold my breath when you've blown a wish.
