Way to go fourth graders! You did a great job finding all of the African animals that were loose at the zoo. Before you leave the zoo, answer the following questions.
1. Name three categories of animals that we found at the zoo today and what each type of animal eats: [If you think you need a reminder, click here] 2. List some of your favorite foods to eat. In what category would you place humans - herbivores, omnivores or carnivores? 3. Continue your exploration: Make a Poster: Pick your favorite animal and classify it as herbivore, omnivore, or carnivore. Draw a picture of the animal and on the back of the poster list three fun facts about the animal you chose. Present your poster to the class.
